How it works?

A fan draws in air, containing heat energy, across the evaporator

The evaporator turns the liquid refrigerant into a gas

The compressor pressurises the refrigerant into a hot gas

The hot gas inside the condenser coil heats the water inside the coil-wrapped tank

The refrigerant reverts back to a liquid after heating the water and continues to the evaporator for the process to start again

The quote from Energy Goals was very competitive and although it matched another from a larger more established vendor, I decided to go with Energy Goals because of the pleasant experience I had with them previously where they had installed weather seals for air vents.

I had a chat with Pushpendra who provided me all the details and answered all my questions. He also visited my house and further explained the whole process. He reworked the quote based on an additional requirement of mine and mentioned that the work will be executed the following week.

His team came over as previously agreed and did an thorough job both inside and outside the house. They replaced the existing reverse-cycle AC and installed a total of 4 head units and 1 condenser unit outside the house.
